Our rules are simple and we expect our guests to respect our property and neighbours, just like you would at your own home!
We are located in a residential area and, although this is a holiday destination, it’s home to many people. As such, we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence.
Specifically, between the hours of 11pm and 8am noise should be kept to a minimum.
Parties at the property and undisclosed people are not allowed. This includes confetti and party poppers. In case of parties we will ask you to check out immediately and no refund will be provided in such case.
Please note that pets are not allowed at this property.
This is a non-smoking property. Please do not smoke at any indoor areas of the property. Feel free to smoke in the outdoor areas of the property but remember to keep the area clean and free from cigarette butts!
A fine of €300 will be applied in case of smoking indoors.
Please note that your reservation has been paid only for the stated number of persons upon booking. Any extra persons not included on your reservation, will be charged extra.
