Wood for the fireplace can be purchased at AlphaMega Supermarket in nearby Trimiklini or any mini market / supermarket in Limassol.
Small wood bags cost usually around €8 – €12 per bag.
- !IMPORTANT! Before you light any wood in the fireplace make sure you start the fan of the chimney by turning the switch located on the wall on the left side of the fireplace ON. Then you need to turn ON the button for the fan on the bottom right side of the fireplace. Press to select II.
- Open the fireplace door and insert wood slowly and towards the back wall of the fireplace.
- Close the door of the fireplace once you started the fire. Keep the door closed at all times and open it only when you want to add more wood.
- After each usage of the fireplace make sure you empty the drawer underneath. Do NOT empty the drawer if the ashes are still warm.
- Do not leave the fireplace unattended at any time when in use.
- Keep children supervised at all times when the fireplace is in use.
- Do not overload the fireplace. Overloading the fireplace is dangerous and can cause smoke into the house.
- Cooking any items in the fireplace is strictly forbidden.
Guests are responsible for the proper use of the fireplace. We cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for any damages at the property or personal injuries including death, caused by the use of the fireplace. Guests are liable of any costs resulting from damages of the property caused by improper use of the fireplace.
