Where applicable, payment of the refundable security deposit is required and it is paid by credit or debit card as stated on your reservation terms. You should be reimbursed within 7-14 days from the check-out date. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit/debit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
We will be sending email reminders about the security deposit payment.
Please contact us on accounts@trulycyprus.com if after 14 days from your departure day you did not receive your security deposit so that we can forward the confirmation of refund to trace with your bank.
Please complete the security deposit payment as soon as possible so that you can receive the check in details on time.
