Limassol is a vibrant city on the south coast of Cyprus, located 40 minutes from Larnaca and Nicosia, 35 minutes from Paphos and Troodos. It’s the second largest city of the island with 177,000 residents while the whole district has 235,000 inhabitants. Limassol is a safe destination which has much to share, with its beautiful seafront, countless cultural, recreational and leisure activities, vibrant events and festivals.

To the east of the city lies Agios Athanasios, Germasoyia, Ayios Tychon, Pareklisia and Pyrgos areas with nice beaches which are traditionally considered the “tourist areas” of Limassol and where most hotels are. To the west of the city lies Zakaki, Akrotiri, Kolossi and Episkopi areas, stretched on the beach where you can find My Mall, the Limassol Casino, the Port of Limassol and Fasouri Watepark. The beach avenue of Limassol connects all the above by bus from one side city of the city (St. Raphael Hotel) to the other side of city (My Mall).

To the north of the city lies Troodos mountains with picturesque villages. The Troodos region is famous for its wineries, monasteries, hiking & biking, excursions and the authentic friendly locals.

Suggestions if you Arrive Early

Many guests will arrive before the designated check-in time. The good news is that there is plenty to do. We often suggest that guests visit a supermarket and do small shopping. That will give you more time to relax once you’ve checked in.

There are also some great restaurants for breakfast, brunch or lunch – so why not relax and enjoy some of the local food? You can also check out our Nearby trips section.
